The U.N. a useless organization – Issues Non-binding
resolutions with no legal standing
In a
Democratic legal system if you have decision that you think is erroneous or
unjust you can appeal that decision and many times it is reversed.
U.N.
opinions and or resolutions are (non-binding) biased, unjust, arbitrary and
capricious (the same apply to the ICJ – International Court of Justice).
The U.N. has issued numerous opinions and non-binding
resolutions that are biased, unsubstantiated and contrary to historical and
factual evidence. This U.N. collusion with corrupt and biased countries and the
issuance of non-binding egregious opinions and resolution has eroded the
credibility of the U.N. beyond repair.
This has raised the ire and an outcry by
many nations, politicians and institutions to de-fund the U.N. and dismantle
it.
It is well
known that the U.N. and the ICJ can only offer and issue a non-binding advisory
recommended opinions and resolutions which carry no legal standing or affect.
They can only issue a non-binding recommendation and resolution and if it is
accepted by all parties in writing, then their recommended opinion and
resolution is applicable (Provided the parties abide by the terms). Otherwise
it has no meaning, validity, and no legal standing.
Therefore,
my suggestion is stop panicking and aggrandizing these biased criminal
organizations. Their recommended non-binding opinion has no meaningful value.
By reacting
to and citing the non-binding recommendations of this criminal organization as
having any validity, you are misleading the public that the recommended
opinions by these criminal organizations might have some validity, which it
does not.
It is time
to expose the fraud and deception by these unethical, corrupt and unjust
organizations and dismantle them completely.
It will also
save a substantial amount of money and resources that could be put to a better
use.

P.S. The League of Nations was replaced by the United Nations, since
the league did not accomplish its purpose. The U.N. has not accomplished its
purpose for what it was created to perform ethically and
honestly.
In today's
society the Nations of the world can function without an organization such as
the U.N.
If the Nations
of the world desire to establish a new International Peace organization, it
must put some very specific Charter, with a caveat, that if it is not
performing unbiased, ethically, honestly and justly, with respect to each
member country, it will be dismantled.
A citizens
committee might be set to monitor its functions to perform ethically, justly
and unbiased, un-falsified, verified and substantiated factual unbiased opinions.

This week, Neil Gorsuch made his first ruling as a Supreme Court justice—and we can guarantee that Barack Obama isn’t going to like it.
ReplyDeleteAccording to reports from TruthMonitor, the Supreme Court made the controversial decision that the only Islam taught to our children in public schools will be the history of Radical Islam. Gorsuch cast the deciding vote in the case, as the final ruling as 5-4.
“The government certainly has no business being involved in religion, but this isn’t a government issue or a religious issue,”
Gorsuch said in a statement about his decision.
“This is about the Judicial branch interpreting the laws as they apply to the teaching of religion,” he continued. “We should be teaching any religions in this country besides standard Judeo-Christianity, as our founders wanted, and we certainly shouldn’t be filling the children with lies about Islam being a ‘religion of peace’ when they see the carnage on the news almost every day.”
“It is our duty as Americans first and judges second to safeguard the way our children are indoctrinated,” he concluded.

The Democrats were so convinced that they would win the election; they were so convinced that they failed to cover the evidence of their crimes.
Hillary Clinton should have been charged for mishandling classified information, but Obama covered for her. FBI Director James Comey admitted that Obama’s Justice Department, through Attorney General Loretta Lynch, rigged the election for Hillary Clinton by providing her with political cover. A leaked email from a top Democrat operative — which has not yet been made public — expressed confidence that the email scandal investigation would not result in charges.
Loretta Lynch acted on behalf of Obama to give the former president plausible deniability. This is a huge scandal, patriots.
The operative who wrote the email was confident that charges would not be brought because Loretta Lynch had control over the decisions of the supposedly independent FBI. The mainstream media will not report on this story.
It is unknown who wrote the email confirming that the Obama administration was aiding Clinton. Many suspect it was campaign manager John Podesta, or even Barack Obama himself. We need to investigate this incident further.
James Comey was aware that Loretta Lynch was providing cover for Clinton early into the investigation. After the FBI began their questioning Lynch lied to the public and denied an investigation was taking place.
Lynch ordered Comey to refer the the mishandling of classified information as a “matter” and not an “investigation,” leading one prosecutor to quip, “I guess you’re the Federal Bureau of Matters now.” Wow, this is disgusting!
Though he may deny accountability, former President Obama’s hands are all over this major scandal. One of the biggest crimes in recent history was allowed to go unpunished because the Democrats were afraid of losing an election. The Left loves to cheat.
Democrats cannot win a fair election and resort to cheating at every turn. To make matters worse, preventing the FBI from prosecuting was just one of the efforts of the Obama administration to tip the scales in favor of Clinton.
The Democrats spied on Trump, colluded with the media, employed millions of illegal voters, infiltrated Trump rallies, and bused people to multiple polling stations. Where is the mainstream media on this?
Should they lock up Obama and throw away the key? Let America know!
